You'll be responsible for picking up and dropping off new products for our customers using predetermined routes and schedules.

• Perform alterations and pressing tasks according to the guidelines and service standards of View Cleaners in Irvine, CA, US.
• Efficiently complete workload, promptly address customer needs, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Meet department and individual productivity targets by following established processes and procedures.
• Effectively utilize store technology to manage and coordinate customer alteration requirements.
• Collaborate and work with the Alterations & Store Team to exceed customer expectations through teamwork.
• Exhibit our core values in all interactions with customers.
• Engage in clear and effective communication with customers.
• Ensure punctuality for client appointments.
• Maintain a tidy work area.
• Communicate efficiently with team members.
• Work closely with the Alterations & Store Team to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations through teamwork.

• The ideal candidate must have previous experience in sewing and pressing garments.
• Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and customers are a requirement.
• Strong organizational abilities and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Must be willing to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing machinery, and alterations equipment.
• Flexibility in working hours based on business needs is a must.
• Demonstrated expertise in alterations and custom sewing is a prerequisite.
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills are vital.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with store technology tools is advantageous for the role.
