Restaurant Manager

Del Taco -  - Responsibilities:
Fully staff the store with quality people, recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees;
Developing and growing team members and future managers; delivering the Del Taco Brand by executing standards and processes;
Achieve or exceed sales plan by identifying goals and increasing customer count and check average;
Maintain facility and equipment to operational and safety standards; ensure cleanliness and proper uniforms;
Manage controllable costs by staffing to sales, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
