Store General Manager — Momo’s Bakery (Corporate Store in Irvine, CA)

Momo’s Bakery is a modern bakery café brand focused on fresh products, quality ingredients, and warm neighborhood hospitality. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on GM to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team in our corporate-owned store.

• Lead all daily store operations at Momo’s Bakery
• Manage front-of-house service and bakery production coordination
• Execute brand standards in product quality, freshness, and customer experience
• Drive sales and improve ticket size and product mix
• Control labor, food cost, and product waste
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Ensure strong visual merchandising and bakery display standards
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and audit readiness
• Partner closely with corporate operations and support teams

• 4+ years of bakery, café, or food & beverage management experience
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced stores
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented operator
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, labor, and store-level costs
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Must be able to complete a 3-month training program in China
