The Sales Lead is a crucial role for the store, focused on client service and fashion expertise while embodying the Oniverse Key Values:

LIFE OF THE SALES LEAD

Provide superior customer service, increase conversion and retention, drive revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. Work with the team and report to the Boutique’s Manager. Build new client relationships and convert walk‑in traffic into Intimissimi ambassadors. Deliver customized fashion tips and high‑level professionalism. Demonstrate positive, goal‑oriented, outgoing, and engaging personality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.

  • Capture customers’ information using multiple communication methods (phone, written follow‑up).
  • Manage client books and follow up on shopping experience and product care inquiries.

  • Maintain full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Use fashion expertise to inspire others and foster teamwork.
  • Support managers with daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns.
  • Assist in business analysis by tracking store and individual KPIs.
  • Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
  • Operate POS system and perform email, opening and closing procedures.
Store Cleanliness

Maintain a clean and well‑maintained environment, including salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom areas (bathroom, stockroom). Daily tasks include:

  • Dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures, and décor.
  • Clean doors, window glass, and mirrors.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Sweep and mop hard floors.
  • Sanitize sinks, countertops, shared areas, and equipment.
Team Dynamic
  • Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality service and efficient operations.
  • Provide training to new teammates and assist with cross‑department functions.
  • Potentially support new store openings across the US.
  • Participate in nationwide contests.

Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred.
  • High standards of customer service and advanced sales techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented commitment.
  • Problem‑solving ability.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to lift >20 pounds and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.
