GARAGE - Assistant Manager - Irvine Spectrum Center

Overview

We are looking for an assistant manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead a high performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Assist the Store Manager in all operational areas and provide leadership that optimizes sales results.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for customers while inspiring the team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory management, shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards and directives in the store.

• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion, an outgoing personality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in responding to a changing business environment.
• Ability to encourage participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
• Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open Office proficiency.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
