Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist to support our front desk at the Retail Support Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between field employees and RSC employees.
  • Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person(s) and conference room(s).
  • Ensure vendor/customers are greeted promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Maintain office employee in/out log at front desk.
  • Maintain front office housekeeping standards.
  • Support HR department with various projects and administrative duties.
  • Support store employees with various questions and needs.
  • Maintain supply room and replenish inventory when needed.
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee returns.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.
  • Excellent written, grammatical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to prioritize projects frequently.
  • Strong proofreading abilities.
  • Typing speed of 45-55 wpm.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and people skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Preferred: 2 years customer service experience.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Professional office setting with low to moderate noise.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional or regular lifting or moving up to 20 lbs. and navigating stairs.
  • Frequent walking and movement between floors or departments.

Compensation

Hourly Range: $18‑$20/hr offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.

  • Schedule: Full‑time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.
  • Work Location: Irvine, CA — minimum of 5 days per week in‑office.
