Procopio is seeking a Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst (Finance & Risk) to join the team in our Irvine office in Orange County on a hybrid work schedule. The Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm’s financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and business operations. This position is responsible for the oversight, optimization, and performance of the firm’s financial management and intake/conflicts platforms, while delivering reporting and analytics that support strategic decision‑making across Finance, Risk, Practice Teams, and Firm Leadership.

• Administer and support the firm’s Intapp ecosystem and Aderant platform, including system updates and integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide insights into billing, collections, attorney activity, client trends, and other key business metrics.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to data quality and governance efforts.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and the use of emerging legal technology and AI tools.

• At least five years of experience in analytics, business systems, or reporting, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong experience with Intapp, Aderant, SQL Server, advanced Excel, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, and business professionals across the firm.
