As an Assistant Store Manager
, you support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and high‑performance staff. You help prioritize daily, weekly and monthly store goals, assign projects to key holders and sales associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• A passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
• 1+ year of retail management experience, preferably fast‑fashion
• 1+ year of proven track record inspiring and managing diverse, high‑performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, stock and service delivery results
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, executing VM directives and delivering world‑class visual merchandising standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Outstanding communication, customer‑service and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment

• Move around the store throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Squat or kneel regularly (e.g., to access under‑storage bins, during visual resets)
• Use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasks

This is a full‑time hourly paid position with a wage range of $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
