Service Team Member

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery, including returns and general store recovery to ensure a well‑merchandised in‑stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and assignment of AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Interact with colleagues in a respectful manner and promote the company’s values.
• Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves via ladder or similar equipment.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Minimum age: 16 years or older.

Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.90 – $19.70 per hour.
