Seasonal Retail Sales Lead – Part Time

Sand Cloud is a beach lifestyle brand that specializes in beach towels and accessories. Founded on the beaches of San Diego in 2014, Sand Cloud encompasses the beach vibes of Southern California, and aims to serve customers with unique and useful products for everyday use. Our mission has always been to create sustainable products, and also donate a portion of our profits to non-profit organizations that are dedicated to sustainability and marine life preservation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable part time Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to join our team.

This is a part-time position that will go through January, 5th 2027 and is located in our Irvine Spectrum store. Hours will approximately be 15 to 25 hours a week. You will be reporting directly to the Store Manager.

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly positive attitude
• Answer questions and provide product information
• Assist customers with finding products and suggestions
• Process transactions at the register
• Keep the store organized, clean and well-stocked
• Assist with Inventory management and restocking of products
• Train and develop new team members
• Open and close the store
• Lead by example to ensure team success

• Previous experience with retail sales and customer service
• Previous experience in a sales lead role opening and closing stores
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques is a plus
• Willingness to work various shifts including weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation and Perks:

• Hourly Pay: $20.00/hr
