Boot Barn is seeking a Merchandise Allocator to drive sales, margin and inventory productivity by effectively allocating inventory to stores and ecommerce. You will monitor store inventories and collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and the ECOM Team to meet in-stock and assortment goals.
The role requires analyzing chain and store performance, setting up store inventory models for weekly replenishment, and partnering across teams to adjust buys and stock levels in response to sales trends
