Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role is based in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to business development efforts. Daily tasks involve conducting outbound calls, communicating with prospects to understand their needs, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the role may involve collaborating with various teams to develop strategies for driving sales opportunities and achieving business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales and Business Development practices, with a results-driven approach and ability to meet targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a customer-focused mindset while delivering exceptional service.
  • Additional qualifications, such as familiarity with CRM tools, organizational skills, and prior experience in finance or related industries, are a plus.
