Overview

Job Description This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast-growing restoration company based in Irvine
. They are seeking a highly motivated, autonomous individual with experience in business development within restoration or related industries. This role is an urgent need, and qualified candidates will be contacted ASAP!

• Bring in a strong book of business with local clientele.
• Work on-site with local travel to meet clients and build relationships.
• Primarily business development with limited estimating responsibilities.
• Mix of business development and light estimating, with a strong focus on relationship building.
• Guide customers through the insurance process.
• Serve as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients.
• Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred.
• Be highly tech-forward and autonomous.
• Company provides a laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and a monthly stipend to manage your territory independently.
• Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source; all relationships are commission-eligible.
• Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self-starter mentality are essential.

• Experience in business development within restoration or related industries.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable guiding customers through insurance processes.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to leverage technology in day-to-day tasks.
• Existing network of local clientele or ability to develop one.

• Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential.
• Commission begins after hitting a set threshold and is uncapped.
• Referral fees with top-percentage payouts (including incentives).
