SummaryResponsible for developing, planning and managing integrated demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role works within a practice-focused marketing team and works in close partnership with producers, sales leadership, subject-matter experts, and centralized marketing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serves as the primary demand generation lead for the practice.
- Develops and manages multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned to the team's growth priorities, target industries, and buyer personas.
- Owns end-to-end campaign planning, design and execution across digital, content, events, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement channels.
- Translates practice-level business objectives into measurable marketing programs that support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Partners closely with sales leadership, producers, and practice leaders to support prospecting, account expansion, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Partners with corporate brand, digital, communications, and marketing operations teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborates with marketing operations to define campaign KPIs, pipeline attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Ensures alignment between marketing campaigns and sales follow-up, including messaging, targeting, and lead handoff processes.
- Analyzes performance data to optimize campaigns and improve conversion across the funnel.
- Applies a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve demand generation effectiveness.
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
- Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years related work experience
- Six (6) or more years B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in insurance, employee benefits, or professional services.
- Six (6) or more years experience supporting an Employee Benefits, HR, or healthcare-related business
- Experience working in a matrixed or practice-based marketing organization
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic demand generation planning
- Sales alignment and stakeholder management
- Campaign management and optimization
- Marketing technology fluency
- Data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with sales enablement and sales engagement platforms such as Seismic, Outreach, or similar tools
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying cycles and consultative sales models
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Eloqua and Hub Spot
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies and tools like 6sense, Demandbase or Bambora
