Realistic Expectations

This is a dedicated phone sales position requiring consistent engagement with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Success in this role demands dedication, a strong work ethic, and consistent effort. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success; however, your commitment and drive are crucial. You will participate in a thorough training program before engaging with live leads.

This role offers an hourly wage plus commission. Following the training period, consistent sales representatives with limited prior experience can typically achieve an annual income in the vicinity of $50,000. Experienced sales professionals have the potential to earn upwards of $60,000, $100,000, or even $200,000+.

Role Description (Inside Sales)
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to effectively assess clients' tax challenges.
  • Clearly articulate the value and benefits of our tax relief services.
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate client records within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
  • Efficiently manage time to meet or exceed established monthly sales targets.
  • Actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
Skills and Requirements
