We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to join our expanding team!
- Own the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, running demos, and closing sales opportunities using a variety of sources
- Master the ability to tell the Care Predictor story and articulate our evidence-based impact on hiring, staff development, and client outcomes
- Conduct outbound prospecting via Linked In, phone, and email
- Utilize a customer-focused, consultative selling process to identify organizational needs and goals
- Demonstrate and present product information and capabilities via phone, web, and onsite with prospects
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to close high‑value opportunities
- Build long‑term customer relationships that support client success, upsells, and referrals
- Establish relationships with behavioral health programs within assigned territories
- Develop outside relationships with industry vendors, consultants, and medical professionals
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals and KPIs
- Utilize our CRM to internally track all activities
- 2–4+ years of successful quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience as an AE
- Proven business development background generating leads and pipeline
- Willingness to lean in on heavy outbound prospecting
- Experience selling into healthcare or related verticals preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities
- Curious, strong listener, eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, coachable, flexible, and self‑motivated
- Resilient, persistent, and growth‑oriented
- Interest in behavioral health, healthcare, or missions that help people
- Experience with Linked In & email prospecting preferred
