Account Executive (Outside Sales) – Are you stuck in a dead-end B2B sales role with no clear path for improvement? This opportunity offers the right person a chance to help accelerate our company's growth while creating significant opportunities for promotion and compensation increases. This role is for you if you love working with a team that will support you as you work to find, qualify, and close deals with new customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B selling, be willing to work on prospecting hand in hand with the marketing team, and enjoy helping clients solve problems. Weekly sales training is provided to help you fine-tune your skills.

Responsibilities
  • Create and cultivate a sales territory by identifying potential target customers who fit the target customer profile
  • Attend networking events and other pipeline-building activities
  • Make 70+ outbound calls per week
  • Work with marketing to execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Utilize the company CRM to track all sales activities and opportunities
  • Follow our sales process and attend weekly sales training
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the territory, share ideas, and help the organization thrive
Qualifications
  • Dedicated to serving customers and colleagues to provide phenomenal experiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and margins
  • Professional appearance and telephone skills
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle; willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Experience
  • Industry-specific certifications or knowledge related to the company’s industry or product focus
  • Familiarity with territory management strategies and field sales techniques
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating products or services effectively
