Business Development, Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for procuring title and escrow business, primarily from Real Estate Agents and Lenders, by developing and maintaining strong professional relationships within the assigned territory. The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and market visibility.
Essential Functions- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned territory to increase title and escrow business
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, educational events, and networking activities
- Participate in industry associations, real estate functions, and community events to increase market presence
- Utilize CRM to document sales activity, pipeline management, and client communications
- Remain current on title and escrow industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions
- Collaborate with internal escrow and operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans as required
- Proven sales and business development skills, specifically in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate preferred
- Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- High degree of professionalism and business ethics
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
