PositionSummary
The TPO Account Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the direct solicitation of new/existing business for the company through Broker Inquiries, Account renewal, NMLS reporting, and other paths as identified by management to drive market share, client share, and profitability. This job is in Scottsdale, AZ and can be an on‑site position.
Responsibilities- Solicit and cultivate new and former clients for Kind Lending.
- Drive sales strategies with prospects to maximize production opportunity.
- Responsible for managing the weekly suspended client report.
- Call prospects to hit minimum daily targets for outbound calls.
- Utilize Salesforce tools to make follow‑up calls or contacts.
- CRM management/knowledge.
- Share the KWIKIE portal/Kwk Pricer with prospects.
- Prepare warm handoff to outside AE once the broker approval is given.
- Prepare the prospect to do business by guiding them through the approval process.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics as determined by Kind Lending.
- Disciplined investigation of prospects with a focus on wallet share and market share metrics by using Salesforce and prospect websites or online materials.
- Use prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions to produce expected results; gather data and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Have basic mortgage industry knowledge and enhance expertise through utilization of Kind Training resources, industry publications, lending bulletins.
- Be a subject matter expert on Kind Lending policies, procedures, products, and technology.
- Proposition and present our process, product, and technology platforms.
- Provide excellent service through disciplined follow‑up and guidance to our broker prospects.
- 1 year mortgage banking experience.
- Networking and communication skills.
- Outbound/Call Center experience in sourcing clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and disciplined.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely/self‑manage to establish, maintain and grow relationships over the phone, email, or other electronic forums.
- Basic working knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA and Non‑QM programs.
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Pay DisclosureThe starting base pay range for this position is $30k/annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Work AuthorizationMust be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.

Physical DemandsMust be able to lift up to ten pounds.
