Pay:$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Location:
Irvine, CA
Shift: 9am-5:30pm, onsite Monday - Friday
The Sales Support role is responsible for providing support to the Abstrax Sales team by assisting with various administrative and sales-related tasks. Duties include customer service, data entry, answering phones, scheduling, reporting, utilizing ERP systems to create and manage orders, investigate issues, and manage customer accounts. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. This position will work directly with sales representatives and report directly to the Sales Operations Director.
- Utilize sales order tracking tools, ERP, Microsoft, Hubspot and Acumatica accounts etc.
- Use ERP system to process all orders, document changes, and case creation
- Create a case for every issue in company case tracking system
- Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
- Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
- Identify and keep up with sales trends
- Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
- Stay current with new product launches and send updates to sales team
- Keep track of pending orders and customer requests
- Identify improvements for sales practices and offer suggestions
- Compile daily lead lists and administer to sales associates
- Maintain accessible and organized filing systems for sales team
- Assist management team and executives as needed
- Perform data entry for metrics, sales figures, and other key data
- Create and process sales in a timely manner
- Report any unusual activity to supervisors
- Expedite rush order requests and modify sales order information as needed
- Report important information, such as changes to orders and timelines
- Immediately report and escalation customer complaints
- Follow up with customers’ satisfaction and feedback
- Create and process sales and sample orders
- Data entry for sales figures, metrics, and other key data
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 1 (required) to 2 years (preferred) of sales experience experience
- Cannabis Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Basic math skills
- Data entry and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of sales process
- Successfully complete a background check (required)
