The Electrophysiology business (EP) presents in most markets of the world, represents approximately $5+ billion in sales with projected double‑digit growth and market lead position. The spend in support of this business resides in multiple categories and sums to $1B+ with significant year‑over‑year increases projected as a result of the strong business growth.

Report to the Senior Manager, PMO to support execution of Source cost improvement programs and governance in collaboration with Supply Chain Procurement (business engagement leads and category leads) and the E2E SC COGS Optimization team to enable delivery of financial business results.

The Sourcing Manager, PMO Source role will focus on ensuring the timely and complete delivery of projects, establishing and executing strong governance frameworks to achieve margin expansion savings targets. This position requires effective engagement with internal stakeholders and the cultivation of solid connections with key external partners in Electrophysiology (EP) located in Irvine CA, or Juarez, Mexico.
