We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager based in Irvine, CA. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide customized solutions for clients, while staying up to date on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Additionally, you will represent BSI at industry conferences and events, promoting our products and growing the company’s market presence.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and identifying new market opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience in the technology, display, or signage industry is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and customization of products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to work effectively on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet sales targets
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business prospects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and technical teams to ensure our solutions align with client specifications and expectations.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners and clients.
