As a Salesperson at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, you are a key contact for guests, creating a superior purchasing experience by offering tailored and genuine service online or in store.

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to maximize dealership profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods (online or in‑person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting new or used vehicles
• Understand and accommodate each guest’s needs, bringing them in for vehicle demonstrations and transactions
• Drive self and team to maintain a super work environment and continuously improve

• Full‑time availability and at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Proven track record of sales experience
• Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both team‑based and independent settings
