• Ongoing training and support from seasoned leaders (no hand-holding, but real resources)

• Strong splits on company-supplied leads (better for consistent closers)

• Active NMLS license in at least one of: CA, CO, OR, UT, FL, TX, WA
• Solid track record originating and closing loans. We're looking for numbers, not hype
• Strong communicator who can explain tricky stuff simply and earn trust fast
• Good at asking the right questions to uncover what the client really needs
• Proven at keeping relationships warm and turning one deal into repeat/referral business
• Comfortable in a digital-heavy setup - CRM, pricing tools, LOS—no fear of tech
• Problem‑solver mindset—spot roadblocks and fix them without drama

• 1099 position, commission only, no base
• Earnings:
  Realistic range $60k–$500k+ annually depending on volume and lead source (top performers clear well into 6 figures)
• Must provide active NMLS # to move forward
