Duties/Responsibilities:Buildsandmaintainsanetworkofsourcesfromwhichtoidentifynewsalesleads.
Communicateswithcustomersandleadstoidentifyandunderstandtheirproductorserviceneeds;identifiesandsuggestsproductsandservicestomeetthoseneeds.
Demonstratesthefunctionsandutilityofproductsorservicestocustomersbasedontheirneeds.
Ensurescustomersatisfactionthroughongoingcommunicationandrelationshipmanagement;resolvesanyissuesthatmayarisepost-sale.
Maintainscommunicationwithexistingandpreviouscustomers,alertingthemofnewproducts,services,andenhancementsthatmaybeofinterest.
Maintainsdetailedreportsofsalesactivities,including calls,orders,sales,lostbusiness,andanycustomerorvendorrelationshipproblems.
Providesperiodicterritorysalesforecasts.
Performsotherdutiesasassigned.

Education andExperience:
Bachelor’sdegreein
Marketing,Sales,Business,orrelatedfieldOR
Atleastfiveyearsofrelatedexperiencerequired.
Physical Requirements:Prolongedperiodsofsittingatadeskandworkingonacomputer.
Mustbeabletolift
15poundsattimes.
Mustbeabletotravel.
Compensation Structure:Toensurealignmentwithcompanygrowth,compensationisstructuredasfollows:
Base Salary:
Moderate(tobediscussedbasedonexperience).
Performance-Based Commission:
Percentageofnetprofitfromprivatecommercialcontracts(B2B) securedbythe
Business
Developer.
Bonus Milestones:
Additionalincentivesforhittingrevenueorcontractgoals(Securingacertainamountinnewcontractswithinayear).
