The ideal Growth Engineer should drive sales traction across Olympian EVs, drive go‑to‑market efforts, manage customers and partner relationships and take new initiatives.
Requirements- Able to work in a demanding, high‑stakes, high‑visibility, fast‑pace startup environment.
- Able to work fast. Sense of urgency.
- Able to adopt and use AI tools proficiently.
- Action‑oriented.
- Self‑starter and entrepreneurial.
- Engineering background is a plus.
- Content / social skills are a plus.
