Vasco Assets is a Newport Beach-based private firm specializing in luxury asset acquisitions, resale, and client advisory services. We work closely with clients in a confidential, high-trust environment to facilitate the buying and selling of high-value items, including jewelry, watches, and other luxury assets.

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual interested in building a career in the luxury asset industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in learning about jewelry, watches, and other high-value assets.

You will work closely with senior team members to assist clients through the buying and selling process while learning about luxury asset evaluation, client relationship management, and transaction coordination in a professional, relationship-focused environment.

Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates looking to grow within the luxury asset and jewelry industry.

• Assist clients with the buying and selling process for jewelry, watches, and other luxury assets
• Support senior team members with evaluating, processing, and organizing luxury asset transactions
• Build positive client relationships through professional communication and follow-up
• Learn about jewelry, watches, precious metals, and luxury asset valuation
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM systems
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Assist with inventory organization, product presentation, and client-facing materials
• Support social media, product photography coordination, and brand presentation efforts

• Customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Interest in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or collectibles

• Experience with jewelry, watches, coins, fashion, or luxury products
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Interest in social media, online sales, or digital marketing
• GIA education or related coursework is a plus, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and trustworthy when handling valuable client assets

• Hourly Pay: $25–$30 (based on experience)
