Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Daytona Beach branch and surrounding markets. This role is focused on building strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening our presence within the real estate and local business communities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on connection, enjoys being out in the field, and is passionate about helping others grow their business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, title and escrow partners, and local businesses.
  • Actively prospect and generate new referral partnerships through in-person visits, networking events, and community involvement.
  • Build and manage an Affinity Program, creating partnerships with local employers and organizations.
  • Coordinate and host Lunch and Learns, first-time homebuyer workshops, networking events, and community activations.
  • Support loan officers with marketing initiatives, open houses, and partner outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing to create content that highlights partnerships and success stories.
  • Track and report on outreach, appointments, and results on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with partners to nurture long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of energy and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outside sales environment.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives.
  • Experience in mortgage, real estate, title, or related industries preferred but not required.
  • Passion for networking, community engagement, and helping others succeed.
