Position: SALES/TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR

Role Importance

Essential to delighting clients by building a customized solution and driving future revenue through contract signings.

What the Role Does

This role builds customized solutions for clients (residential and/or commercial projects) using cutting-edge technology. It focuses on establishing key relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, GCs, and similar roles to build a strong market presence and a robust book of business. The role requires the ability to sell solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and anticipate their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship cultivation by developing and nurturing current and potential relationships with architects, builders, designers and clients. Builds a marketing program, generates and follows up on sales leads, and shepherds potential clients through the process to close the sale.
  • Track business development activity, sales funnels, contract signings, and revenue through company-provided tools, including the use of the company’s proprietary software. Create and implement realistic and measurable quarterly sales plans.
  • Build customized solutions for clients for residential and/or commercial projects; establish relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, GCs, and similar roles to grow market presence and business.
Qualifications
  • Experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
  • Ability to establish rapport.
  • Experience in big-ticket sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, tenacity and follow-through, intermediate computer skills.
  • Education or

    Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar preferred. Experience in big-ticket sales is required; experience in A/V or control systems is preferred.
