- Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Multi Tools Sales Manager/Multi Tools Marketing Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the United States.
- The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners, while promoting our innovative multifunctional tools.
- This role demands a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive our market presence and achieve sales targets within the USA.
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in the outdoor, camping, and general retail sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and address customer needs effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network, showcase products, and gather market insights.
- Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct product training and presentations to ensure partners have a comprehensive understanding of our product features and benefits.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 2+ years of experience of successful sales management, in the outdoor, sporting goods, or related industries.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the retail and distribution landscape in the USA.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel for trade shows and industry events as required.
- Passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the outdoor gear market is a plus.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
