Job SummaryClient Partner – responsible for sales and management of engineering projects to our customers in a professional and international environment.
Responsibilities- Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors
- Managing existing account relationships supporting active client projects
- Optimizing business profitability with mid‑size accounts
- Closing offshore deals on service‑based contracts (fixed‑price, delivery‑based) or on time‑based contracts (delegation of consultants)
- Determining proposal and pricing strategy to close sales and win business; supporting the company to meet its commercial objectives
- Organizing and coordinating commercial relationships with partners
- Building close customer relationships and staying in close contact with customer managers to gain trust and develop business needs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and project follow‑up
- Managing your P&L statement for your business unit
- Working within Salesforce to track leads and sales performance data
- Traveling to existing and prospective customer sites to understand and develop solutions, with technical team support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or BSc in engineering or business highly preferred - 4 to 6 years of work experience required
- Previous experience in selling offshore solutions required
- Management experience highly preferred
- Experience in cold calling and targeted business prospecting; ability to establish a network of relevant engineering contacts and customers
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to maintain strong business professional relationships
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and a flexible schedule as needed
- Coachable and adaptable in a changing environment
$110,000 base salary with up to $40,000 bonus potential.
