Retail Execution Specialist - Oceanside, CA

Join our team for an exciting career with Advanced Hydration! As a Retail Execution Specialist (RES), you will be the ultimate ambassador for our brands, amplifying execution in store, focusing on merchandising, upselling, and driving sales growth.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, and optimize display space while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Actively interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights.
• Execute all sales programs and initiatives, including promotions, ensuring customer compliance.
• Partner with Coca‑Cola merchandisers and Advanced Hydration field team to manage inventory, minimize out‑of‑stocks, and uphold merchandising standards.
• Gather and report customer insights to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain territory accounts (check date codes, plan‑ogram adherence, decal replacements, point‑of‑sale materials).
• Utilize company technology for daily reporting and analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Entry‑level applicants 0‑2 years of sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service experience are considered.
• Must be located in Oceanside, CA or willing to relocate at own expense.
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently across a large territory and multitasking.
• Strong interpersonal and time‑management skills; able to communicate effectively.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands.
• Can lift 25‑50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Occasional off‑hours/weekend work may be required.
• Personal vehicle with excellent driving record and valid driver’s license; willingness to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records meet company standards per Driving Policy.

Pay Range: $57,800 – $69,400 (United States). Base pay may vary. Annual Incentive Reference Value: 7.5%. Medical, financial, and other benefits may be offered based on position. Travel required 76%–100%. Relocation not provided.
