Summit Technology Laboratory (STL) is a deep-tech startup pioneering Artemis, an AI-powered computer vision software that enables wearable-free immersive environments through breakthrough automation of projection mapping. Backed by $6M in non-dilutive funding, we've built a market-ready, disruptive software product that creates these environments in a sustainable, repeatable way — redefining how people share visual experiences.
So far, our sales have been founder-led. We're now hiring our first Sales Account Executive — a hands-on closer, not a strategist — to start converting our pipeline into revenue from day one, with the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and run your own B2B sales pipeline for direct end-user sales, from prospecting through close
- Identify and pursue prospects in high-value verticals (e.g., museums, themed entertainment, education, simulation, enterprise collaboration)
- Own your outreach end-to-end — sourcing, sequencing, demoing, and closing — using tools like Hub Spot and Apollo
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to refine product-market fit and pricing models
- Help establish the sales metrics, forecasting, and processes that will scale as the team grows
- Around 5 years of B2B sales experience in the AV, projection mapping, or related immersive/experiential technology space — with a track record of personally sourcing, pitching, and closing deals (not just managing existing accounts)
- A power user of modern sales tooling — Hub Spot and Apollo (or comparable prospecting/outbound platforms) — comfortable owning your own pipeline hygiene, sequences, and reporting without hand-holding
- A builder's mindset: you don't wait for a playbook — you test outreach messaging and qualification criteria, and double down on what converts
- Self-motivated and commission-driven — you treat quota as a floor, not a ceiling, and you're energized by closing, not just by process
- Comfortable being the first sales hire at an early-stage startup: ambiguity doesn't slow you down, and you're as comfortable in the weeds of a CRM as you are in a client meeting
- Strong understanding of solution selling and enterprise customer needs, with excellent storytelling and relationship-building skills with decision makers
- Be the founding sales hire for a category-defining technology with global market potential
- Work directly with visionary founders in a company emerging from R&D into commercialization
- Shape STL's growth trajectory with high autonomy, strong commission upside, and significant equity opportunity
- Be part of a mission to make shared immersive experiences accessible — without headsets or wearables
