With hundreds of active monthly users and a large social media presence, Nutrosal offers personalized guidance, including meal plans, exercise tips, and continuous progress tracking. The platform provides an integrated experience for coaches, nutritionists, and clients, and will soon leverage AI for more tailored nutrition plans and insights.
Nutrosal's mission is to empower people to take control of their health through community support, expert coaching, and data‑driven tools.
Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Irvine, California, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, and in‑person meetings, and present Nutrosal's platform and services to prospective clients and partners.
Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, scheduling and leading product demonstrations, addressing client questions, and recommending solutions aligned with their health and wellness goals.
The role involves collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging, track conversion metrics, and support onboarding of new users and institutional partners. The Salesperson will also gather market feedback to help improve offerings and contribute to revenue growth targets.
This position requires active community outreach and local business development. The successful candidate will attend networking events, health fairs, trade shows, gyms, wellness centers, healthcare providers, and other community venues to promote Nutrosal and generate new business opportunities.
CompensationThis is a commission‑based position. Compensation is directly tied to sales performance, client acquisition, and partnership development. High‑performing candidates will have significant earning potential based on results.
Qualifications- Strong consultative sales and relationship‑building skills, with experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain digital products and coaching services clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition services, and a genuine interest in helping people achieve their health goals.
- Comfort using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and standard productivity software to track leads and conduct remote meetings.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt in a fast‑growing startup.
- Previous experience in B2C or B2B SaaS, health‑tech, wellness, fitness, coaching, or subscription‑based services is preferred.
- Existing relationships within the Orange County fitness, wellness, healthcare, or business community are considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or equivalent practical experience is an asset.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be comfortable traveling throughout Irvine, Orange County, and surrounding areas for business development activities, including driving up to approximately 1.5 hours from Irvine to attend meetings, networking events, trade shows, and partner locations.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
