Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Sales Manager for the small-medium business segment of our business. This role drives product sales, content and platform readiness, and channel execution across KVM, connectivity, docking, AV, and IT management product portfolios — supporting the SMB market through channel, e-commerce and retail.
Duties- Develop effective product marketing, product strategy, and domain knowledge of the SMB target market — product offering, technologies, and positioning.
- Work cross-functionally with all relevant departments and external partners to manage strong portfolios to drive B2C business execution.
- Manage customer and channel needs by understanding their business objectives and product requirements, and providing product solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities.
- Drive product content and platform readiness for across e-commerce and retail channels in the small-medium business market.
- Manage the product lifecycle for assigned product lines — in-market introduction at launch, channel and platform rollout, performance management through run-rate, pricing and promotional execution, gross margin discipline, and end-of-life transition.
- Create and provide product and market training materials for sales and customers — sell-sheets, positioning, competitive comparison, channel-partner enablement, and demonstration content.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, customer and partner meetings. Periodic travel is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product sales, channel sales, business development, product marketing, or a related role.
- Basic PC and IT product fluency, plus willingness to learn ATEN / IOGEAR product categories.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently in a multinational organization.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, e-commerce platforms, retail channel partners, or system integrators.
- Bilingual English / Mandarin a plus
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
