A growing B2B distributor in the specialty retail and alternative wellness space. We partner with independent retailers nationwide to supply high-demand kratom, hemp‑derived products, and related accessories, driving repeat sales and recurring wholesale revenue.
What You’ll Do- Make high‑volume outbound calls to retail business owners nationwide
- Have 35–50 live conversations per day (not just dials)
- Introduce wholesale product lines and explain margins and sell‑through
- Send product samples and manage structured follow‑up calls
- Close new accounts and process orders end to end
- Maintain relationships through ongoing phone‑based account management
- Drive recurring monthly reorders from your book of business
- Base salary starting at $40,000‑$50,000 + uncapped commission
- On‑target earnings for first‑year sales reps: $75,000–$125,000+
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) after eligibility period
- 401k with company match

- Monday through Friday schedule
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- High motivation and comfort with daily outreach goals
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Resilience and consistency in a performance environment
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the team
