DIME is scaling fast—and we’re looking for a top-tier closer to join our sales team and drive revenue across multiple markets. This isn’t your average sales role. We need someone who thrives in high-stakes conversations, adapts quickly to shifting regulations and pricing, and knows how to move product in both mature and emerging markets.

If you’ve got a proven track record of selling over the phone, understand how to navigate nuanced customer bases, and want to be part of one of the largest cannabis companies in North America, this is your shot.

This role is all about execution, hustle, and results. You’ll be responsible for managing outbound and inbound accounts, following up on leads, booking meetings, closing sales, and keeping the pipeline full. We’re talking volume and velocity—with the tools, training, and support to help you win.

Cannabis experience is a huge plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to sell and build lasting relationships, fast.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the phone—manage high call volume, follow up on warm leads, and prospect new opportunities daily
  • Sell into multiple markets with different regulations, pricing structures, and buyer behaviors
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Work cross-functionally with ops, marketing, and leadership to ensure top-tier customer experience
  • Keep your pipeline tight and your CRM tighter—attention to detail is non-negotiable
  • Adapt your pitch for different markets, products, and buyer personas
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales experience with a history of crushing quotas
  • Comfortable selling in highly regulated or complex industries (cannabis, alcohol, pharma, etc.)
  • Clear, confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and natural rapport-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Organized and accountable—no one has to chase you for updates
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools, pipeline management, and phone-based sales platforms
  • Cannabis industry experience is a major plus
