We are looking for a Sales Account Manager bilingual in English and Mandarin. If you are not bilingual, please do not apply.

There will be daily meetings with Taiwan and US teams, and you will not be able to understand them if you don’t have Mandarin fluency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive design‑wins for Himax display drivers, timing controllers, and LCoS micro displays, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, while also supporting sales efforts for Himax AI processors and image sensor solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to support sales strategies and plans.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships from working level to leadership.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical objectives and strategies to ensure ongoing alignment with Himax business objectives.
  • Support team strategy in recruiting designated distributors, manufacturer representatives and value-added resellers. Monitor sales performance and manage corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Heavy travel to meet with customers and conduct sales meetings.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales and business development in the technology industry.
  • Proven ability to execute sales strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing large territories.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
    .
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
    .
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales.
  • Experience with display driver IC, timing controller, LCD panel.
  • Experience with industries related to IOT device, embedded system and/or personal computers.

Irvine, CA (on-site)

Pay Range

$ - $ per year (Salary level is DOE)

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
