Responsibilities
- Assist with the new business quoting process to final stages of implementation
- Work in partnership with the Sales Consultant as an extension of the team
- Remain up to date and knowledgeable on current industry, market and regulatory changes
- Manage escalated service issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
- Review RFPs to ensure proper strategy is being executed
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to identify markets for solicitation of new business
- BA / BS Degree
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in benefits account management in a consultative role
- Current life and health insurance license
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
