As a Major Account Executive, you will develop customer relationships, prospect, cold‑call, network, and generate leads. You will manage a new business portfolio and grow new logo business in underserved territories, meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives through targeted prospects and existing customers. You will analyze customer needs, tailor solutions, and close business.
Job Responsibilities- Actively pursue new and pre‑identified prospects, independently generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking.
- Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services, crafting creative and effective sales approaches, proposals, and negotiating and closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and deepening customer relationships, fully utilizing sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools while managing the sales funnel and generating reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- Continuous learning: develop skills in prospecting, call execution, relationship management, and stay current on products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4–7 years of outside sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment (Required).
- 2–4 years of experience selling solutions/applications (Required).
- 2–4 years of telecommunications or technical sales experience (Required).
Skills and Abilities
- Task Management – ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment that requires extensive multitasking (Required).
- Customer Service – demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required).
- Communication – excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Required).

- Proposal Writing – experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Required).

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $116,500 – $210,200 inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $69,900 – $126,120. Actual pay varies by location, qualifications, and experience.
