POSITION SUMMARYThe International Distributor Development Manager is responsible for driving international business growth through the development, management, and expansion of Neur Optics' global distributor network. This individual will lead distributor recruitment, business planning, market development, commercialization activities, sales training, operational support, and strategic account development across international markets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Distributor Development & Business Management- Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage international distribution partners.
- Conduct bi-annual operating plan reviews with key international distributors.
- Establish annual sales objectives, business plans, and growth strategies.
- Manage contracts, pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, territory development, and performance management, in alignment with Company direction.
- Build executive-level relationships and monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop and deliver distributor sales training programs.
- Provide product, clinical application, competitive positioning, and commercialization training.
- Support physician and nursing education programs targeted to specific international markets.
- Support downstream product management activities with international distributors.
- Coordinate country-specific product launches.
- Develop promotional programs and marketing communications targeted to specific international markets.
- Support digital marketing and international congress activities.
- Attend targeted international trade shows and conferences.
- Support strategic accounts, healthcare systems, and key opinion leaders.
- Provide NPi-Connect Connectivity Hub in-country field support and training.
- Coordinate order processing, forecasting, inventory management, and customer service support.
- Resolve operational issues and prepare business reviews and forecasts.
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
- Minimum 3-5 years of business experience to include international sales, distributor support, business development, marketing, or commercial operations experience.
- Medical device sales and marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through channel partners.
Approximately 30-40% domestic and international travel.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe position offers a competitive first-year compensation package consisting of base salary, monthly commission bonus opportunity, and a monthly technology allowance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position is based in Irvine, California and requires frequent domestic and international travel. The role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, presentations, customer meetings, and use of computers and digital communication tools.
