$150,000 – $325,000+ | Full-Time

Stellar Energy is experiencing a record-breaking summer of solar sign-ups and needs more help with expansion.

We’re especially interested in candidates with sales experience who are interested in learning how to sell solar.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and close high-quality solar deals through field sales and digital channels.
  • Conduct professional energy audits and deliver compelling presentations focused on ROI, incentives, and long-term savings.
  • Leverage our premium partnerships with exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain elite client relationships and contribute to team strategy in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 1+ years of successful solar sales experience (especially from Sun Run, Sun Nova, Infinity Energy, Freedom Forever, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong closer with excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical/financial details for homeowners.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive independently.
  • Passion for renewable energy and helping California homeowners achieve energy independence.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
