Sr. Account Executive – AEC Firms

Job SummaryWe are seeking a senior account executive to build and lead our sales organization for architectural, engineering, and construction firms. The role includes full sales cycle management, product demonstrations, and building sales infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Build and define sales processes, playbooks, client-facing procedures, and metric reporting.
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, targeting a quota of $1.5M.
- Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations and consult with high-level AEC stakeholders.
- Industry expertise in AEC (project manager, site manager, architect, CAD/Revit designer, or ≥10 years sales to AEC firms).
- Proven full‑cycle closing experience with quota attainment.
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with limited built‑in systems.
Hybrid, Greater Los Angeles / Orange County, CA. Base salary: $120k–$140k. Total compensation: $240k–$280k.
