Account Executive - AEC Firms

Treeline, Inc. is a leading sales recruiting and executive search agency dedicated to placing top sales talent in the industry.
Responsibilities- Act as a foundational Account Executive, actively building and defining the sales infrastructure, playbooks, client-facing processes, and metric reporting (Hub Spot) in a start-up environment.
- Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting through close—on architectural firms, engineering practices, and construction companies to meet a target quota of $600k.
- Conduct deep‑dive product demonstrations and consult with high-level AEC stakeholders, effectively using your industry knowledge to solve real‑world project collaboration and workflow bottlenecks.
- Industry Expertise (Required):
Authentic subject‑matter expertise in the AEC space. Ideal candidates have worked as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Architect, CAD/Revit Designer, or similar. - Sales Profile: 1‑2 years in a quota‑carrying sales position.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with limited built‑in systems.
Hybrid based in the Greater Los Angeles / Orange County, CA area with flexibility to travel as needed.
CompensationBase Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Total Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000
