Job Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new prospects and pre‑identified new prospects. In addition, independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution‑based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and deepening the relationship between TMO and customers.
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Stay hungry to learn, develop and grow – develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
  • 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment. Prior SMB or Mid‑Market sales experience. (Required)
  • 2-4 years Experience solutions/applications selling (Required)
  • 2-4 years Telecommunications / technical sales (Required)
Knowledge,

  • Task Management – ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi‑tasking (Required)
  • Customer Service – demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
  • Communication – excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)

  • Proposal Writing – experience preparing, delivering, and following‑up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Required)

Compensation

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $116,500 - $210,200, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $69,900 - $126,120
