The RolePresidio offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to grow their careers as a technology sales professional. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for engaging with customers and technology partners to drive business growth. You will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities. Key to success is the ability to manage accounts with operational efficiency, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions and strong account management practices.

Responsibilities- Customer Engagement & Account Growth:
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Prospecting New Business:
Identify and engage prospective customers in target industries, develop new business leads, and convert prospects into long‑term clients. - Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer objectives; collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and technology solutions. - Operational Command:
Maintain strong operational understanding of accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions. Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and analyze account health. - Collaboration with Partners:
Build and maintain relationships with Presidio’s technology partners, e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, to create joint go‑to‑market strategies and drive value to customers. - Achieve & Exceed Quotas:
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and engagement goals through proactive relationship management and consultative selling.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, including work with technology partners and leveraging those relationships for joint sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development.
- Strong operational skills: ability to manage multiple accounts with a focus on efficiency, forecasting, and account health tracking.
- Experience working for or with channel partners is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Experience selling cloud, managed services, and automation.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about building relationships and delivering customer success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering tailored solutions to customer challenges.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or military experience.
