Experienced VIP / Vehicle Exchange Sales Representative
In this position, you will work directly with our most valued customers, proactively identifying opportunities for vehicle upgrades, lease pull-ahead programs, and equity-based trade‑ins. You’ll play a key role in maintaining long‑term relationships while delivering a seamless, premium sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP and existing customers
- Identify and contact clients eligible for vehicle upgrades or exchanges
- Present tailored vehicle options based on customer needs and equity position
- Coordinate appointments, test drives, and follow‑ups with a high level of professionalism
- Work closely with finance and management teams to structure competitive deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from start to finish
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive sales experience
(required) - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of lease/finance structures and equity mining
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
