Part of the DGDG family, Sunnyvale Honda is hiring sales professionals in the Bay Area. We provide extensive training, a weekend off each month, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

As a sales professional, you will respond to high‑volume internet leads via email, phone, and face‑to‑face communication, assist guests in vehicle selection, provide industry knowledge, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

• 90‐day sales training plan with one‐on‐one support.
• Incentives on volume‐based pay plan for the first 3 months.

• Customer/Client‑facing experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Tech‐savvy, familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• 0‐1 year of relevant experience (Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, Restaurant/Hospitality).
• Sales experience in the automotive industry.

$36,000–100,000 annually, based on experience and skills. Eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
