Salary Range: $ – $ annually

• Collaborate with attorneys and practice group leaders to develop and implement business development plans.
• Identify new client opportunities and cross‑selling initiatives across Southern California.
• Support execution of targeted outreach strategies, including client events, sponsor ships, and seminars.
• Lead development of pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Track and report on business development activity and results.
• Support lateral integration efforts and partner with the broader marketing team on branding, communications, and digital initiatives.

• At least five years of experience in marketing and/or business development within a professional services environment; law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Southern California market, particularly Orange County.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior stakeholders, including attorneys and firm leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities and a strategic, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Collaborative approach, high level of professionalism, and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience supporting technology, life sciences, or other innovation-driven sectors is a plus.
• Occasional travel to other firm offices and regional events required.

Typical pay range is $120,000 – $170,000+ depending on experience.
