• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
• Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

SCHEDULE:

9am - 6pm, 5 days per week (every other Saturday, with 1 weekday off on these weeks).

Some in office work required so you must be local or within driving distance to Irvine, CA.

• Farmers insurance experience is required.
• Must hold a current Property/Casualty insurance license.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success (2-3 years preferred).
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

COMPENSATION:

$19/hr base salary

4-9% commission on personal lines sales

5-12% commission on commercial lines sales

25% commission on life or health insurance sales
